How can I schedule a first appointment?
If this is a first time visit, please complete our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - New Patient Registration packet. Once completed and submitted, our office staff will contact you to schedule your first appointment with in 1 to 2 business days.
Do you offer Telehealth for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) visits?
Yes, we do offer Telehealth sessions for our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) visits.
How do I inquire about Employee Assistance for my workforce?
Please complete a Contact Us request form and select the subject “Employer interested in EAP”. Once we have your information, our account team will contact you to schedule an appointment to learn more about our services.
Can my child see an EAP Counselor?
Yes. If your employer has a EAP services contract with River Oaks Health, it covers the employees and their eligible dependents.
Who is covered for EAP Services?
Employees, spouse, and dependents are eligible to receive EAP services. Please check with your human resources department to see if you have an Employee Assistance Program Benefit with River Oaks Health.
How do I access the Work / Life Portal?
Our portal can be accessed by clicking here and using your employer assigned access id to login. The employer assigned id is available from your Human Resources department.
Do you assist with utility payments or other financial problems?
Although we cannot help with making payments, our EAP counselors can provide various resources to help you work through your financial concerns.
