Counseling
River Oaks provides counseling services with the goal of providing excellent care to individuals coping with behavioral health needs. We treat a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, thought disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, childhood behavioral problems
The River Oaks Therapists strive to create a treatment plan centered on you and your needs in order to reach your goals. We provide needed counseling to help you to develop the skills and support network needed to maintain your success. Individuals as young as 5 years old can be assessed for services.


EAP Services
River Oaks EAP is a trusted local provider offering confidential assessment, referral, and short-term counseling services for behavioral health concerns. These services are available to employees and eligible dependents of organizations that partner with River Oaks for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits. The program is staffed by licensed counselors with decades of experience, serving individuals across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older adults—with professionalism, compassion, and discretion.
River Oaks EAP counselors provide support for a wide range of personal and professional challenges, including anger management, career concerns, caregiving for aging parents, parenting and child care issues, crisis intervention, depression and anxiety, divorce adjustment, emotional distress, health-related concerns, stress, and substance abuse. By partnering with River Oaks Health as your EAP provider, organizations can offer meaningful, accessible support that strengthens employee well-being and overall workplace effectiveness.
Workplace Training
In addition to face-to-face and virtual counseling sessions, River Oaks EAP offers dynamic training opportunities designed to support both individuals and organizations. These sessions are available for large or small groups and can be delivered conveniently at the employer’s worksite or onsite at River Oaks EAP training facilities. Each training is led by experienced professionals and tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization, promoting a healthier, more productive workplace.
Training topics are comprehensive and practical, addressing common challenges that impact employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Areas of focus include stress management, work-life balance, team building, understanding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), marital and family concerns, post-traumatic stress, substance use, and sexual harassment prevention. Through these sessions, River Oaks EAP equips employees and leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate challenges and foster a supportive work environment.
